If you need to include more detailed guest information (accommodation, travel, timings etc.), we recommend adding one of our matching information cards, which can be ordered by clicking here.

Your guests can easily tear off the RSVP panel along the perforated edge, which will already have your return address printed. What Can I Customise?

Please note that while you’re welcome to adjust the text or add extra wording, the layout (including the use of lines) will remain as shown. If you’d like a custom layout – for example, replacing lines with a grid or different shapes –please get in touch for a bespoke quote.
– We're happy to include your return address on the reverse, along with a line of text noting your RSVP deadline.
– QR codes can be added (please note: we can’t change the colour of the QR code and can only use the file you provide).
– Colour changes may be possible on some designs. Generally, text-only designs can be colour-edited, while illustrated ones cannot, but feel free to message us to check.

These menu choice RSVP cards are designed to work alongside your invitations or menu cards, where your full menu will be displayed.
Your menu options will need to be printed on your invitations, information cards or menu cards and coded as shown in the example below so they can be referenced on the RSVP card:

Within one business day of your order, we'll email you to request your personalised wording — and we'll include a helpful example so you know exactly what to send.
4. Receive Your Free Digital Proof
We design your stationery and send a digital proof (PDF) within one business day. Review every detail carefully — names, dates, venue, timings. Not happy with something? We'll amend it until you are. Nothing goes to print without your approval.
5. We Print & Dispatch
Once you've approved your proof, your order goes to print. Printing takes 1–2 business days, followed by free UK delivery. We'll keep you updated throughout.
