– Once your order is placed, we’ll personally email you within 1 business day to request your wording and a photo of your venue for the illustration. We’ll also include a helpful example of how to send it.
– We’ll take care of the full design for you and send a digital proof (PDF) within one business day. Need any wording changes? No problem at all – we’re happy to tweak it until you’re completely happy. Nothing is printed until you give us the final go-ahead.
– It’s just the two of us here – myself (Harry) and my wife (Ami) – and we personally handle every order with care. We’re here to make it easy and stress-free for you.
– The cover of the Wedding Order of Service booklet can be personalised with your names, wedding date, and a custom message or wording of your choice.
– The inner pages are designed as text panels for your personalised order of service wording, suitable for both religious and non-religious ceremonies.
– Colour changes may be possible on some designs. Generally, text-only designs can be colour-edited, while illustrated ones cannot, but feel free to message us to check.
Your Order of Service will be digitally printed on high-quality paper, with the paper type listed below depending on the format you select:
4-side booklet: Printed on one sheet of 300gsm A4 paper, folded in half to create a four-page A5 booklet.
8-side booklet: Made from two sheets of A4 paper, folded and staple-bound to create an eight sided A5 booklet. The cover is printed on 300gsm paper, and the inner pages on 150gsm paper.

The 4-side booklet includes a cover, inner cover, inner back cover, and back cover – totalling 4 printed sides.
The 8-side booklet includes a cover, inner cover, pages 1–4, an inner back cover, and a back cover – totalling 8 printed sides.

– A5 size once folded (148mm x 210mm). If you would like a different size, please just let us know and we can provide a quote.
Your Wedding Order of Service Booklets are digitally printed on smooth white paper, offering a clean, crisp finish with a professional feel. This high-quality stock provides excellent print clarity while maintaining an elegant, refined look.
Please note: Any silver or gold elements are digitally printed and not metallic foil.

– Once we receive your order, we’ll message you for your wording. After we have it, you’ll receive a digital proof within 1 business day (often same day, depending on timing).
– If your order includes a bespoke venue illustration, please allow up to 2 additional days for your proof.
– Need changes? Each round of amends takes 1 business day. On average, allow around a week for the full design process, depending on how quickly we receive your feedback.
– Once you approve your design, printing usually takes 1–2 business days, and delivery 1–3 business days. We recommend allowing up to 3 weeks total to cover any unexpected courier delays.
– Need it sooner? We offer faster tracked delivery, please get in touch for pricing and availability.
– If you have any concerns at all, please don’t hesitate to reach out – we genuinely want you to love your stationery. In the rare event of courier damage or a lost parcel, we’ll always ensure your items are reprinted and resent, so you can feel confident you’ll receive exactly what you’ve paid for.
– Full refunds cannot be offered once a digital file or physical item has been sent, as every item is personalised.
– Colours may appear different in print than on screen because printing and digital displays use different colour processes and values.
– Colours may vary between samples, orders, and batches – similar to wallpaper printing, which requires single-batch orders for consistency. Additionally, colours may appear differently when printed on different paper stocks.
– Please ensure that any readings, hymns, or lyrics you provide include the relevant copyright information. We are not responsible for obtaining permissions or ensuring copyright compliance.
– All venue illustrations are the property of Wonder Wedding Stationery, and we retain full copyright. These bespoke illustrations are created exclusively for use on our printed stationery and cannot be supplied as digital files. We reserve the right to reuse venue sketches for advertising, marketing, and other commercial purposes.
– Your venue will be illustrated exactly as it appears in the photo you provide. We're unable to adjust the perspective, add elements that aren’t visible, or include details such as logos due to copyright restrictions. Please note that we only draw buildings – we do not illustrate people, pets, or other non-architectural elements.
– All images, designs, and product descriptions on our website are protected by copyright. They may not be edited, copied, recreated, or used for personal or commercial purposes without permission. This includes reproducing wording or designs.
– Please ensure you have permission to use any photos you send us. We may edit or transform the image to create a bespoke illustration for your order.
