Wedding Stationery Delivery & Turnaround Times
All UK orders include free standard delivery with no minimum spend.
If you need your stationery sooner, or want the peace of mind of a tracked service, we offer several options to suit every timeline and budget. Here's everything you need to know.
How the process works
Before your order is dispatched, there's a short design and proofing stage — and it's worth understanding this when planning your timeline.
Once you've placed your order and sent us your wording, we'll send you a digital proof within one business day. From there, you review and either approve or request amends. Once you're happy and give us the go-ahead, we send your order to print.
Our printer runs Monday to Friday. Anything approved before 3pm will be estimated to print the following business day. Once printed, your order is dispatched the same or following day.
All delivery estimates on this page are measured from the point of design approval — not from when you place your order. The sooner you send us your wording and approve your proof, the sooner your stationery will be with you.
Please note: Your delivery timeline starts from when you send us your wording and approve your proof — not from when you place your order. If you order six weeks before your wedding but don't send us your wording until three weeks before, we treat that as a three-week timeline. If you have a specific date you need your stationery by, please let us know when you get in touch and we'll work back from there.
Our delivery options at a glance
We offer five delivery options at checkout, from free standard delivery to our full express service for couples with tight deadlines.
Free Standard Delivery
Cost: Free — no minimum spend
Estimated delivery: 3-10 working days from design approval
Tracked: No
Every order includes free standard delivery to mainland UK addresses, with no minimum spend and nothing to add at checkout. This is an untracked service, so once your parcel is dispatched we aren't able to provide live tracking updates.
We recommend allowing 2-3 weeks from placing your order to account for the proofing stage, printing, and any unforeseen courier delays. In the rare event that something is lost or damaged in transit, we'll need to allow up to 10 working days before we can investigate and arrange a reprint — so that extra buffer really does matter.
If your wedding is within six weeks, we'd recommend upgrading to one of our tracked or priority options below.
Standard Tracked Delivery — £9

Tracked: Yes
If you'd like the peace of mind of tracking without needing your stationery in a hurry, our Standard Tracked option is a simple upgrade. You'll receive tracking information once your order is dispatched, so you can follow its progress.
Delivery timescales are the same as our free service, but with the added reassurance that your parcel is fully trackable end to end. A popular choice for couples who aren't in a rush but want certainty their stationery has arrived safely.
Priority Tracked Delivery — £15
Cost: £15
Estimated delivery: 2-3 working days from design approval
Tracked: Yes
Our Priority Tracked option uses a priority tracked courier service, making it ideal if you need your stationery quickly or simply want the fastest standard route from approval to doorstep.
Once you approve your proof, your order goes to print the same or following business day. After printing, it's dispatched via tracked priority courier — meaning most orders arrive within 2-3 working days of design approval, depending on timing.
Please note that timings are an estimate rather than a guarantee, and Saturday delivery may be available in some areas though cannot be confirmed in advance.
This option is recommended if your wedding is within four to five weeks and you'd like your stationery with you promptly and fully tracked.
Express Order Service — £40 / £80
Cost: £40 for orders up to £200 | £80 for orders over £200
Estimated delivery: 1-2 working days from design approval
Tracked: Yes
Best for: Weddings within three weeks, or couples with a tight deadline
Our Express Order Service is for couples who need us to move quickly from the moment they order — not just at the delivery stage.
When you add our Express Service to your order, you're moved to the front of our design queue. We'll also turn amends around faster, working through multiple rounds in a single day where needed rather than one per day as standard.
Delivery is via tracked express courier and is included in the express fee — there's no need to add a separate delivery option at checkout.
The express fee covers:
Priority position in our design queue
Same-day proofing (for wording received during business hours, depending on what time the wording is sent)
Fast-tracked amends
Tracked express delivery
Express Orders are £40 for orders up to £200, and £80 for orders over £200. This reflects the additional time, prioritisation and tracked delivery included as standard.
If your wedding is within three weeks, you're welcome to place your order and add the Express Service, then drop us a message so we can flag your order and get started straight away.
If your wedding is under two weeks away, please get in touch with us before ordering so we can confirm we can meet your date. We'd always rather be honest upfront than take your order and leave you uncertain.

Delivery to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Channel Islands
We deliver to all UK addresses, including Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, and the Channel Islands. Delivery timescales are generally the same as mainland UK, though courier options can vary by postcode.
If you're based outside mainland UK and have a tight deadline, we'd recommend getting in touch with your postcode before ordering so we can confirm the best delivery option for your area.

If your wedding is more than eight weeks away — free standard delivery is absolutely fine. Take your time with the proofing process and enjoy it.
If your wedding is four to six weeks away — standard tracked or priority tracked gives you the reassurance of knowing exactly where your order is.
If your wedding is three to four weeks away — we'd recommend our Express Order Service to keep everything moving as quickly as possible.
If your wedding is under three weeks away — please contact us before placing your order so we can talk through what's achievable.
Whatever your timeline, we'll always be honest with you about what's realistic. We'd rather help you find the right solution than take an order we can't fulfil to the standard you deserve.
