This is perfect for weddings where each guest has pre-selected their meal (e.g. beef, chicken, vegetarian) – we’ll create a design that includes both their name and their chosen dish, all styled to match your wedding stationery beautifully. Designed and handled personally by Harry & Ami – every order is managed with care until you’re fully happy.
– A professionally typeset layout including each guest’s name and individual menu choice, matched to your selected menu design.
– Design and formatting for each card, with digital proofing to ensure everything is correct.
– Revisions until you're 100% happy with the layout and details.
– Friendly, personal support throughout the process.
Please note: This is an add-on only. Your actual menu order must be placed separately. You can shop our menus here
– Select the same quantity as your menu order (e.g., if you ordered 80 menus, please select 80 guest names).
– Add this item to your basket alongside your main menu order.
– Once we receive your order, we’ll get in touch within 1 business day to request your guest list. We’ll provide a helpful template for submitting each guest's name and meal choice clearly.
– We'll design each menu and send you a digital proof to review and approve before printing.
– Guest names printed on the front or above the menu wording – we’ll confirm the best placement for your chosen design.
– Individual menu choices listed per guest (e.g., “Starter: Beetroot Tart | Main: Chicken Supreme | Dessert: Chocolate Fondant”).
– Font, spacing, and layout will be adapted to ensure a beautiful and consistent finish across your menus.
Please note: Fonts and colours will match your main menu design. If you’re unsure whether a specific format will work, feel free to message us – we’re happy to advise.

– The quantity must match your total number of menus. If you’re ordering 70 menus, please select 70 from the dropdown above.
