About our wedding RSVP cards
Wedding RSVP cards give your guests a simple, clear way to confirm whether they'll be joining you, share any dietary requirements, and reply by your chosen date — so you can finalise numbers with your venue and caterer without chasing. Ours are printed on premium 300gsm card in designs matching the majority of our collections, fully personalised, with a minimum order of 5. The standard size is A7, supplied with a blank return envelope; we can also produce A6 (see below).
Sizes and return envelopes
Our standard RSVP card is A7 and comes with a blank return envelope for guests to post back.
We can also produce A6 RSVP cards, which come with a return envelope in most cases. The one exception is when your invitations are also A6 — then both use the same size envelope, so a return envelope won't fit inside your invitation envelope. For that combination we recommend a postcard-style A6 RSVP instead: your reply details (names, accept or decline, dietary requirements) on one side, and your return address printed on the other, ready to post without an envelope.
What goes on your RSVP card
Every card is fully customisable, but most include your guests' names, a reply-by date, an accept-or-decline line, and space for dietary requirements. Need to add something — a song request, a question about transport, or a menu note? Just let us know and we'll set it out for you.
What's included
Free UK delivery, and your design and wording personalised at no extra cost — with a digital proof within one working day before we print. A7 cards come with a blank return envelope, as do A6 cards in most cases; the exception is when your invitations are also A6, where the postcard-style RSVP has your return address printed on the reverse instead.

Wedding RSVP cards FAQs
-
RSVP cards are reply cards sent with your invitations, giving guests a simple way to confirm whether they'll attend, note any dietary requirements, and respond by your chosen date — so you can finalise numbers with your venue and caterer.
-
Yes — printed RSVP cards are still widely used at UK weddings. While some couples collect replies online, a physical RSVP card remains a popular choice: it's clear and easy for guests of all ages, it coordinates beautifully with your invitations, and many couples find a card gets a better response rate than a link that's easily forgotten — as well as making a lovely keepsake.
-
Yes — our standard A7 RSVP cards come with a blank return envelope, and A6 cards do too in most cases. The only exception is when your invitations are also A6: a matching return envelope won't fit inside your invitation envelope, so we make the A6 RSVP postcard-style instead, with your return address printed on the reverse so it posts back without one.
-
The standard size is A7, supplied with a return envelope. We can also produce A6, which comes with a return envelope unless your invitations are also A6 — in which case we make it postcard-style so it still posts back neatly.
-
If you've ordered A6 invitations, a separate A6 return envelope won't fit inside your invitation envelope. The postcard-style A6 RSVP solves this — reply details on one side, your return address printed on the other — so guests can post it back without an envelope.
-
Most include your guests' names, a reply-by date, an accept-or-decline line, and space for dietary requirements. The card is fully customisable, so you can add song requests, transport questions or anything else you need.
-
RSVP cards are sent out with your wedding invitations, as part of the same suite — there's no need to post them separately. Most couples send their invitations around 8 to 12 weeks before the wedding (a little earlier for destination weddings or peak dates), and set a reply-by date roughly 3 to 4 weeks before the day, leaving time to finalise numbers with your venue and caterer.
-
For a set menu where guests pick a dish, we have dedicated menu choice RSVP cards. The standard RSVP cards on this page are for confirming attendance and dietary requirements.
-
Yes — most come in the same designs as our full collections, so your RSVP cards coordinate with your invitations, menus and the rest of your stationery.
