Our Express Order service exists for exactly this situation, whether you need a full on-the-day suite, just place cards and menus, or anything in between.
We offer fast turnarounds on all of our wedding stationery, even if your wedding is next week. But please get in touch with us before you order if your wedding is under a week away, so we can confirm we can meet your date and talk you through the best options. We'd always rather be honest with you upfront than take your order and leave you stressed.
What can we turn around quickly?
Our Express Order service covers everything we make — from a single set of place cards to a full on-the-day suite including menus, orders of service, table plans, seating charts and more. If we make it, we can fast-track it.
We can also accommodate last-minute requests for wedding invitations, save the dates, and other before-the-day stationery where time allows — just ask.

How fast is fast?
Our standard turnaround is 2–3 weeks from the moment you send us your wording. This includes proofing within 1 business day and standard free delivery — though please note our standard service is untracked. We build in extra time as a buffer for courier delays, or the rare occasion something arrives damaged and needs reprinting before your big day.
Our Express Order service is different: delivery is fully tracked, turnaround is faster, and we'll prioritise your proofs and any amends to keep things moving. If your wedding is coming up soon — whether that's in a few weeks or as little as a week away — get in touch and we'll tell you honestly what's achievable.
Wedding in a few weeks — in most cases this is very manageable with our express service. If you're based in mainland UK, you're welcome to order first and then contact us to flag it as express, or get in touch first if you'd prefer. Either works.
Wedding within a week — please contact us before ordering so we can confirm availability and make sure your timeline is realistic.
Very urgent requests — contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to help, subject to availability, but we'll always give you an honest answer straight away.
How does the process work?
Step 1 — Get in touch (or order first, if you have time)
If your wedding is under a week away, please contact us before placing an order. We want to confirm we can meet your date before you commit.
If your wedding is more than a week away and you're based in mainland UK, you're welcome to place your order first and then contact us to let us know it's an express request — or get in touch first if you'd prefer. Either works.
If you're based in Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, or the Channel Islands, please get in touch with your postcode before ordering so we can confirm delivery timescales to your area.
Step 2 — We confirm your slot and fee
We'll let you know whether we can accommodate your date, confirm your express fee, and answer any questions before you commit to anything.
Step 3 — Send us your wording
Once you're happy to go ahead, send over your wording and any personalisation details. We aim to have your proof with you within 1 business day — often the same day for the most urgent orders.
Step 4 — Approve and we print
Once you've approved your proof, we get straight to print. We'll turn any amends around quickly and won't leave you waiting.
Step 5 — Dispatched with tracked express delivery
Your order is sent via tracked express courier, and we'll send you your tracking information as soon as it leaves us.
How much does it cost?
Express Orders are charged at your normal order total, plus an express fee:
Express fee: £40, or 25% of your order value — whichever is greater.
This fee covers the prioritisation of your order ahead of our existing queue and includes tracked express delivery — an upgrade on our standard free untracked service, to make sure your stationery reaches you as quickly and reliably as possible.
We want to be transparent about this: as a small, independent studio, taking on express orders means your job moves to the front of our queue. Subject to availability, we may be able to work outside of our usual hours — including bank holidays — to meet urgent deadlines, but this is never guaranteed and entirely depends on our schedule at the time. The express fee reflects both the prioritisation of your order and the upgraded tracked delivery included as standard.
A note on us — and why that matters when time is tight
Wonder Wedding Stationery is run by just the two of us. That means when you place an express order, it's handled by us personally — not passed along a production line. We'll know your name, your date, and exactly what you need. You won't be chasing for updates; we'll be on it.
If you're cutting it fine with your wedding date, that personal attention makes a real difference. We move quickly, we communicate clearly, and we'll keep you informed at every step.
A note on couriers and timings
We're cautious by nature — and that's deliberate. Our standard 2–3 week recommendation exists specifically to give us a buffer for the unexpected: a courier delay, or the rare occasion where something arrives damaged and needs to be reprinted and resent before your wedding day. We always try to build this same caution into our express service too, which is why we use tracked delivery and why we're honest with you about what's achievable.
With Express Orders, that buffer is naturally reduced. We work with reliable couriers and tracked services as standard, but delays and damages — however rare — are outside our control once an order leaves us. This is another reason we encourage you to get in touch as early as you can, even within the express window. A wedding in 10 days gives us far more room to handle the unexpected than one in three.

We won't take your order if we can't deliver — literally. If your date is too close for us to fulfil safely, we'll tell you honestly, and we'll do our best to point you in the right direction.
The worst outcome for everyone is a couple left in the lurch at the last minute. That won't happen with us.
