For example, if you order 20 Save the Dates, please select 20 Guest Name Printing. Multiple names on one card count as one. – Need more space for wording? A small amount of additional wording can be printed on the reverse of the invitation, included in the price. This space is designed for a short overflow note, such as a brief RSVP line or a small message about gifts. As part of the invitation design, we include a centred text box that fits up to 150 characters (approximately two short sentences). This layout is fixed so the wording remains balanced with the design. If you need to include more detailed guest information (accommodation, travel, timings etc.), we recommend adding one of our matching information cards, which can be ordered by clicking here.

– QR codes can be added (please note: we can’t change the colour of the QR code and can only use the file you provide).

– Colour changes may be possible on some designs. Generally, text-only designs can be colour-edited, while illustrated ones cannot, but feel free to message us to check.

– If you’d prefer more space for wording, we can swap the timeline panel for additional text, or even replace the RSVP panel if it’s not needed.

– If you’ve selected double-sided printing, the details panel wording is fully customisable use any text you prefer.

Choose from over 50 different wedding related icons to fully personalise your Order of the Day Timeline.

– All text on the main invitation panel is editable to perfectly match your wedding wording preferences.

– QR codes can be added (please note: we can’t change the colour of the QR code and can only use the file you provide).

– Colour changes may be possible on some designs. Generally, text-only designs can be colour-edited, while illustrated ones cannot, but feel free to message us to check.

Guest Name Printing

Add Guest Name Printing using the Product Add-On or by clicking here. The quantity must match your Concertina Wedding Invitation order. For example, if you order 20 Concertina Wedding Invitations, please select 20 Guest Name Printing. Multiple names on one card count as one. If you have fewer names, we can include blanks, but the order quantity must still match. This add-on can be selected below and allows you to have your guests' names printed directly onto the invitation panel. It’s a great way to clearly show who is invited. Please note: guest names will be incorporated into the invitation panel only.

Your guests can easily tear off the RSVP panel along the perforated edge, which will already have your return address printed. If you’ve selected double-sided printing, the address will appear on the reverse; for single-sided, it will be printed on the front. The RSVP includes customisable sections for names, accept/decline options, dietary requirements, song choices, and more – tailored to suit your needs. Your Order of Service will be digitally printed on high-quality paper, with the paper type listed below depending on the format you select:

  • 4-side booklet: Printed on one sheet of 300gsm A4 paper, folded in half to create a four-page A5 booklet.

  • 8-side booklet: Made from two sheets of A4 paper, folded and staple-bound to create an eight sided A5 booklet. The cover is printed on 300gsm paper, and the inner pages on 150gsm paper.

For reference:

  • The 4-side booklet includes a cover, inner cover, inner back cover, and back cover totalling 4 printed sides.

  • The 8-side booklet includes a cover, inner cover, pages 1–4, an inner back cover, and a back cover totalling 8 printed sides.

The text will be printed on the reverse panel (opposite the guest name, visible from the back – not inside).

– Colour changes may be possible on some designs. Generally, text-only designs can be colour-edited, while illustrated ones cannot, but feel free to message us to check.

How Do The Menu Choices Work?

These menu choice RSVP cards are designed to work alongside your invitations or menu cards, where your full menu will be displayed.

Your menu options will need to be printed on your invitations, information cards or menu cards and coded as shown in the example below so they can be referenced on the RSVP card:

What’s Included?

Add custom text to the reverse of your place cards.

– The price covers different text on every card e.g. guest’s menu choices/dietary requirements on each card.

– Text is printed on the reverse panel (opposite the guest name, visible from the back not inside).

We’ll send you a digital proof to check – and we’re happy to make any changes you need.

Friendly, personal service from start to finish.

How to Order

– Select the matching quantity to your existing place cards order and add this add-on to your cart.

– After ordering, we’ll be in touch within 1 business day to request your wording.

– If you’ve ordered more items and you would only like a select amount with a printed message (e.g., 80 place cards but only 78 with a message), we’ll provide the remaining 2 as blanks. You’ll always receive the quantity you’ve paid for.

What Can I Customise?

– We can print individual menu choices listed per guest (e.g., “Starter: Beetroot Tart | Main: Chicken | Dessert: Chocolate”). As long as the choices are 1-2 word options they should fit. Or we can print lyrics etc.

– Font, spacing, and layout will be adapted to ensure a beautiful and consistent finish across your order.

Please note: Fonts and colours will match your place card design. If you’re unsure whether a specific format will work, feel free to message us – we’re happy to advise.

– This is an add-on only for place cards – the main stationery order must be placed separately.

– The quantity must match your total number of place cards. If you’re ordering 70 place cards, please select 70 from the dropdown above.

– This service is only available for place cards, it does not apply to other stationery items.

The Black Tie collection is designed to make a statement — and the materials it is printed on are chosen to match that ambition. When you open an envelope and feel the weight and texture of the card before reading a single word, that first impression says something about the couple who sent it.

Most items in our black and white wedding stationery collection are printed on 300gsm luxury off-white tactile card — a premium-weight stock with a soft finish that feels substantial in the hand and holds print detail with exceptional precision. The slightly off-white tone softens the starkness of pure white card while allowing black ink to deliver maximum contrast and crispness, which is especially important for monochrome wedding invitations.

Our card is FSC® Mix Certified, Elemental Chlorine Free, Acid Free, and free from heavy metals — produced to long-life standards using selected secondary fibres alongside virgin fibre. We care about sustainability and choose materials that reflect that without compromising on quality.

Every order includes a full design service. We create your personalised proof and send it to you as a PDF within one business day of receiving your wording. Amendments are made until you are completely happy, and nothing goes to print until you have given final approval. It is just Harry and Ami here, and we handle every order personally from proof to dispatch.

After you place your order, we’ll contact you within one business day to collect your details. You’ll then receive a digital proof to review before anything is printed, and nothing goes to print until you’re completely happy.

  • Yes — the Black Tie wedding stationery suite is available across all matching items, including save the dates, flat invitations, gatefold invitations, concertina invitations, RSVP cards, menus, place cards, table numbers, welcome signs, seating plans, order of service cards, stickers, and thank you cards. Every piece is designed to coordinate as a complete suite.

  • Once your digital proof is approved, printing typically takes 1–2 business days. Delivery within the UK is usually 1–3 business days via courier. We recommend allowing up to two weeks in total for the full process, including proofing and any amendments. Express delivery options are also available on request.

  • Most Black Tie wedding stationery is printed on 300gsm luxury off-white tactile card. This premium-weight stock has a soft, high-quality feel and is chosen specifically to suit the clean monochrome design. We recommend ordering a sample to appreciate the print clarity and card finish in person.

  • We recommend ordering one invitation per household rather than per guest. A couple counts as one household, and families sharing an address also count as one. We suggest adding 10–15% extra for last-minute guests, address changes, and keepsakes. The minimum order is 5 per item.

  • Yes — guest name printing is available as an optional add-on for both invitations and menus. Quantities must match your order. If multiple names appear on one card, this counts as a single item. We can also include blank cards if your guest list is not finalised.

  • Yes — samples are available across most designs, including Black Tie. We strongly recommend ordering a sample, as the quality of the 300gsm card and crisp monochrome print finish is best appreciated in person.

Within one business day of your order, we'll email you to request your personalised wording — and we'll include a helpful example so you know exactly what to send.

4. Receive Your Free Digital Proof

We design your stationery and send a digital proof (PDF) within one business day. Review every detail carefully — names, dates, venue, timings. Not happy with something? We'll amend it until you are. Nothing goes to print without your approval.

5. We Print & Dispatch

Once you've approved your proof, your order goes to print. Printing takes 1–2 business days, followed by free UK delivery. We'll keep you updated throughout.
