Every order includes free standard UK delivery, but if you'd love a little extra reassurance, or simply want your stationery with you sooner, we offer two tracked delivery upgrades below. Whichever you choose, your order is looked after exactly the same way: a digital proof to check and approve and nothing printed until you give us the final go-ahead. This upgrade simply changes what happens once you've said yes to your design. Designed and handled personally by Harry & Ami – every order is managed with care from start to finish.
Standard Tracked – £9 Keep the same relaxed timescale as our free service (3–10 working days from design approval), with full tracking from dispatch so you always know where your parcel is.
Priority Tracked – £15 Our fastest standard route from approval to doorstep. Your order goes to print the same or following business day after you approve your proof, then travels via priority tracked courier — arriving in an estimated 2–3 working days from design approval.
Full tracking from dispatch through to your door, on both options
Every other part of your order stays exactly the same — your digital proof and revisions are entirely unaffected by this upgrade
If you're placing a new order, simply choose your preferred delivery option and add it to your basket alongside your stationery order. This option is also available to add at checkout.
If you've already ordered on Free Standard Delivery and would like to switch, just add this upgrade to your basket, select your preferred option, and let us know your original order number.
Please note: upgrading your delivery doesn't change your proofing process in any way. You'll still receive a digital proof to check and approve before anything goes to print, exactly as normal; this upgrade only affects what happens after you approve your design.

Wedding 4–6 weeks away? Standard Tracked is a great choice, giving you the reassurance of knowing exactly where your order is.
Wedding 3–4 weeks away? Priority Tracked will help keep everything moving as quickly as possible.

A few extra things worth knowing about Priority Tracked specifically: timings are an estimate rather than a guarantee, though the vast majority of Priority Tracked orders arrive within the window above, and Saturday delivery may be available in some areas, though we're not able to confirm this in advance.
If you're based in Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands or the Channel Islands and have a particularly tight deadline, it's worth messaging us your postcode before ordering, so we can confirm the best option for your area.
If you have any concerns at all, please don't hesitate to reach out – we genuinely want you to love your stationery and feel looked after every step of the way.
In the rare event of courier damage or a lost parcel, we'll always ensure your items are reprinted and resent, so you can feel confident you'll receive exactly what you've paid for.
