How to order

1. Choose how many mugs you would like and purchase.

2. Please pop your name(s) and date in the personalisation box at checkout. Please also ensure to let us know the title you would like before your name, for example Mrs Jones or Mr Jones. Please note we will input your wording to match the formatting in the example mug, for example the date will be formatted as per the example if inputted differently.

3. Once we have received your order we will get started on your design and will ship your item as soon as possible!

Your stationery will be digitally printed onto a ceramic mug

– 11oz sized white ceramic mug

– Dishwasher and microwave safe

Production & delivery

Printing usually takes between 1-2 business days and we send all mugs via standard Royal Mail delivery if you have selected the free delivery option. Once dispatched, your mug should arrive in the UK in 1-3 business days but please always allow a bit of extra time incase there are any courier delays (this can be ever so slightly longer for Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland).

– We cannot offer refunds as every item is personalised

– Colours may vary from those on screen due to every monitor having different colour settings

– As any colour is printed on, colours may vary slightly from sample to order and batches, similar to how wallpaper needs to be ordered in one batch for colour consistency
