The Woodland Collection – Concertina
Introducing our ever so versatile Concertina Wedding Invitations, featuring a customisable timeline/details panel, a main invitation panel, a front cover, and an RSVP that your guests can cut out and return.
How to order
1. Choose how many invitations you would like and whether you would like these single or double sided and purchase.
2. Once your order has come through, we will then send you a message with an invitation form containing icon choices for the timeline and wording help.
3. When we have received your wording, we'll send you a digital file showing how your invitations will look with your details on within 1-2 business days (don't worry if you need tweaks, we're happy to do these for you!).
4. Once you're completely happy, we'll get these printed and posted out for you as soon as possible!
Please note: if you would like separate day and evening invitations or if you would like any wording differences, please add these to your basket separately. For example, 20 invitations (day) would need to be added to your basket and then 30 invitations (evening) would need to be added to your basket, rather than the combined amount of 50 added to your basket. Please do feel free to send us over a message if you have any questions at all!
What can I customise?
– We can swap the timeline for additional wording instead if you would prefer
– You can change the wording on the details panel to any wording of your choice (if you have selected double sided)
– All of the wording in the invitation panel can be changed to better suit your wedding
– We can swap the panels around if you would prefer, for example swapping the timeline panel for a details panel.
– If you have a QR code that you would like to add, that is absolutely fine. Please note we're unable to change the colour of your QR code and we can only use the file supplied
What are the 8 panels if I select double sided?
1. A cover (featuring your names or initials)
2. An invitation panel (featuring your venue name, date, time etc)
3. A details panel (this could be your gift wish, wedding website link/QR code etc)
4. An RSVP panel
5. The reverse side of the RSVP panel with your return address
6. A timeline panel featuring your order of the day with icons (we have 50 to choose from)
7. A second details panel (this could be a dress code, information on finding the venue etc)
8. A third details panel (this could be a menu)
We can leave some panels blank if you would prefer or we can swap out panels, for example removing the timeline for additional wording.
What are the 4 panels if I select single sided?
1. A cover (featuring your names or initials)
2. An invitation panel (featuring your venue name, date, time etc)
3. A timeline panel featuring your order of the day with icons (we have 50 to choose from). This can be swapped for a details panel if you would prefer
4. An RSVP panel that would be adjusted to a single sided postcard RSVP for the single sided option
We can leave some panels blank if you would prefer or we can swap out panels, for example removing the timeline for additional wording.
Order of the day timeline
Choose from over 50 different wedding related icons to fully personalise your Order of the Day Timeline.
RSVP
Your guests can cut out the RSVP panel which will already have your return address printed (the address will be printed on the reverse if you have selected double sided, or on the front if you have selected single sided) that features names, accept/decline, dietary requirements, song choices etc - it’s customisable to you.
Printing
Your stationery will be digitally printed on luxury, off-white, tactile paper and include plain white envelopes for free. Please note any silver/gold elements are not foil printing.

– A6 once folded (105mm x 148mm), 420mm x 148mm when flat

Turnaround times
– Once we have received your order, we will send you a message to ask for your wording. When your wording has been received, it will take us 1 business day to complete your design and send over a digital proof so you can see how your stationery is looking. Depending on what time your wording is received, you may receive your digital proof the same or next working day
– If you have ordered stationery that includes a bespoke venue illustration, it will add up to 2 days to the proof process above
– If you need any amends to the proof, please allow 1 business day per amend (for the design process, we would allow approximately a week, but this depends on how quickly you are able to feedback to us your amends)
– Once you have confirmed your design for print, we always say to allow up to two weeks incase of any courier/unexpected delays, but printing is usually 1-3 business days and delivery is usually 1-2 business days
Important details
– We cannot offer refunds if we have already sent you either a digital file or physical item as every item is personalised
– Colours may vary from those on screen due to every monitor having different colour settings
– As any colour is printed on, colours may vary slightly from sample to order and batches, similar to how wallpaper needs to be ordered in one batch for colour consistency
